This recipe is going to be short and sweet, because it couldn’t get any easier than this.
Some quick notes before we dive in. The vanilla extract is optional and can be substituted or complemented with other flavors (I’ve found raspberry or strawberry to be absolutely delicious). This recipe works best when your heavy cream is chilled; room temp cream won’t hold as thick a form. I also recommend using a stand mixer since it can take a couple of minutes to form thick peaks, but a hand mixer will work just fine.

Keto Friendly Chocolate Mousse
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (chilled)
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Erythritol (We recommend swerve)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional, can substitute other flavors)
Step one: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend together. Blend slowly at first until powder is incorporated and then increase the speed and whisk rapidly until you have thick, stiff peaks.
Step two: Eat!
